If the name is trademarked, you will have no case regarding the timing of your website name. For example, your web site name may merely INCLUDE the company name and be unique in that regard, but if the company name has been trademarked and successfully passed through that process, the law says that the corporation owns the name.
I too would like to see an example of what you are talking about. |
