Which server side language do you use mostly on websites?
PHP, Asp.net, Java, Coldfusion?

Most of my sites are done in PHP by pro programmers. This is because i have basic knowledge to fix things if they break.
Never used Coldfusion in my life.

Is Java overkill for websites?
Most people use PHP and ASP but not really Java for websites, not that Ive seen anyway.

html for me!

I like static sites. I know they take more work but at least Im totally in control and dont have to learn fancy languages.

PHP of course

Its easy and dependable. Its secure and flexible.
In fact I cant think of anything AGAINST PHP.
