i feel a little less naive in the whole domain field after reading all that, call me stupid but is it possible to actually get anything nowadays that is scam proof?

Wow, some of the scams and things that they talk about in that are wild. Thank you for the heads up on it. I appreciate it... never expected that they'd be able to pull all that kind of nonsense.
