I guess it depends on the owner and how much he wants to sell it for. It also depends on the first name, like 'John' would cost much more than 'Ebenezer'. I'm sure it's over $300 though.

ACtually after posting this i read someone saying that common names can be worth mid $xxxx - thats a real lot of money.

i would pay $3000 for my name in a domain.. if i had a common name.
I think its well worth the cost.

There are a lot of factors, not the least of which is whether someone actually wants them. Frankly, I wouldn't bother with a first name domain that had my name on it UNLESS I had a business that consisted of my first name. The real money is in domain names that have business potential. Most people aren't going to pay a lot of money for a domain name for their personal web site.

Now... if www.julie.com had been developed as a fairly popular site and still retained residual traffic because of it, it might command a higher price.

Names don't get a premium price, most peoples names are still available to register on .com's.
