i dont care for high paying keywords
they are virtually worthless as all the spammers make sites for them.
I prefer lower paying words.

That's really interesting. I would have thought diet, fitness, exercise and things of that sort would be on the list.

Use the tools provided by Google and others to find the top keyword searches for categories you wish to find and then use these keywords in your content and HTML and keyword fields to attract the clients. I am not a big believer in what marketeers consider 'top paying' keywords as their overuse or use JUST to draw traffic results in your site getting dropped by search engines for spam use.
