I use a credit card, most of the times. However, back when I was underage, I used "Prepaid" credit cards, which a lot of people don't know about. I activated my PayPal account with the "Prepaid" credit card, and could've done almost anything.

It depends. I have used a variety of credit cards, debit cards, basically whatever is available.

Paypal is my primary funding source to pay for my domains, but sometimes my cashflow or allocation has my money shifted around and I will use something else.

I've used both credit cards and PayPal.
I've heard alot lately about something that posted earlier, people are losing their money with PayPal. It's something that I've paid attention to but I'm not too worried about it yet.

Yeah there are alot of stories ( negative AND positive ) about paypal. Just monitor your account closely and when you reach $100 or something, put it all back to your bank account before you loose it all! Never had any problems, but you never know!
