Default Too Close to Call For Me!

This is a touchy one. A domain court case involves Goldman, Sachs, & Co., who has taken the owner of goldmansex.com to court, saying that the domain name is identical or confusingly similar.

What do you think about this?

Goldman Sachs won.

I think they should have lost.

I think they were being too picky.

The details of the case can be found at:

What do you think about it? Where do you draw the line?

I am not sure who should have won, but the person who established the domain name 'goldmansex' certainly has an interesting sense of humor
