The cases are listed by domain name. They also have a site that lists the cases by date.

I like this link because it is a basic table that shows the commencement date, decision date, as well as the status or panel decision. I scanned a few list pages and there are some cases posted that are still pending.

Some pending cases go as far back as 2002.

Below, I’ve listed some of the potential decisions one may expect:

Default Still Pending

An example of a pending case can be found in the case involving: aolnasties.com. I’m cracking up that it even reached the court. It was submitted for a decision in 2003.

Other pending cases include:

colonelsanders.com
comfortinnmotels.com
planetebay.com
compaq.biz
hackingxbox.com
harcourtscience.com

Default Dismissal Without Prejudice

Dismissals may come; some are unspecified. Other domain name cases are dismissed without prejudice, such as the cases of wwwcelebrex.com, toyotafleet.com and wwwcaribbeangold.com.

For the Celebrex case, the decision came in 14 days.

Additional examples:

pumatech.org
sandelsresort.com
saralee.org

Default Settlement With Transfer

You might even see a few decisions that state: “settlement with transfer,” as seen with the case involving domain names: yahoofrance.com and yahoogames.com.

You will see that a ton of Yahoo-inspired domain names have made their way to court.

Additional examples:

praline.com
putasgae.com
