I don't disagree. There are many tacky adult sites, but there are also tasteful sites with adult content.

That mighe be a good idea to invest in adult sites but there is no certainity and guarantee for these type of sites to be avilable long on net as most of these expired alot so i shall not go for these to invest in !

IMO, I would invest in a well-managed adult oriented site as these kinds of sites are earning high in the net. It must be a site where I know the owner and how good he is in maintaining his traffic and smart enough to be able to tackle the business' ups and downs. There is no such a thing as certainty and all things don't last in this world. The question is, which ones last longer and which ones don't? In case of businesses, I believe that if it is well-attended, it will last longer than the others.

I thought that there would be significant interest in adult sites if only based on the earnings potential involved - In a well managed site as you say.

As for how sophisticated of a way to earn money it is, I think it could actually be more sophisticated than simply squatting on a domain name in the hopes that someone pays you.
