i didnot find any domain sources which give you services free for some time .
although we have a lot of about domain other than dot com !

you can order from Yahoo a free CD for their webpage builder.
Yuo can use it through FTP upload.
WeBstudio 4 and 5 are available for a free 30 day use. Its wonderful. Again you can useitthrough FTP upload.
MS Office has laods of web templates, Many forget that you can get these free.

The cheapest domain registrationI have found is 1.99/
the cehapest webhosting is like 35 dollars a year and thatc oes with 1 year free domain registration.

So if you can use FTP uploads, does that mean that you update the site yourself from your computer, instead of having to wait for a webmaster do it for you?
