How do you choose a color scheme for a site?
Do you just pick random colors or do you have preset ideas?

Pretty random really.
I really like blue and white sites.. (and yes i realise this site is also blue and white!)

I like easy colours, not big on blacks etc.

I like white backgrounds too, not dark ones.
Anything that is easy on the eyes is good.

And yes this forum has a great color scheme!

That will certainly help me as Im very unartisitic and my color schemes usually resemble something from a kindergarten classroom!

its better to first plan the colors there then design the site, that way you know what its going to look like when all blended.
