Default CSS rollovers

I love using css rollovers. It really beats using javascript for a rollover.
Plus it is SE friendly and alot lighter on the browser, meaning its faster.

Yes its the standard nowadays.
They are so easy to make though and if you want to change colors you just change the code rather than messing with images as in a js rollover.
